I heard "red-skinned" is longer politically correct. Besides, if they're from Kintoki, I believe they would be "red-necked" potatoes.

Gotcha. BTW I think Lagunitas is available there. Pavel got one for me a while ago. I remember that because I'd never tried one before then.
