So with coolish weather we decided on Silver on the Side as our canyon du jour

We did it from the bottom via a route we explored last February

My Alternate route

We completed the route faster than our February trip by a good 2 hours leaving Stonyvale by 7:45am and returning by 1:45pm

I suppose this was due to several factors but mostly the lack of water. Yep mostly dry

The old pot farm had been recently reworked but it seems they abandoned the effort...for now.
