New banner picture for Spring 2017

It's time for a new banner picture.

FYI - The banner picture is seen at the top of the forum's pages. The current one looks like this:



We need a springtime image that looks nice when cropped like the one above. Please post your submission (one per member please) on this thread. We'll wait a week for entries and then start voting on the winner.

Photo taken at the Icehouse Saddle on 7/26/2003. I don't know if it is "Springy" enough.

I think it is from somewhere between Icehouse Saddle and Kelly's Camp.

Since we only got two submissions, I've decided to skip the voting and use the flower pic for spring and the deer pic for summer. Thank you for your pictures. They are both very nice and will look good as the logo.

Damn, the submission window wasn't open very long.
I like the lighting in the flower pic so you've made some very good choices.

Sorry, Jeff. I like to keep a steady pace of activity. I plan to solicit a new pic for each season. Since we have a pic for summer, the next submission period will be the first week of autumn.
