When I was a kid in school, I loved to just sit on the grass in the field during PE. I also use to roll down a grassy hill near my house like a big cigar. Good times.

I've always felt like when I roll around in some grass or dirt there is some sort of physiological change. I feel great, perceptive, energetic. I wonder what it's due to.
