InZénity indeed. Seems you navigate by the the 'shortest distance between 2 points' theory Very Happy

Nice pictures. Looks like fun if you're prepared for it.

Ah !!!! My favorite traverse in SoCal!  Shhhhhh.  Don't let too many people know how awesome this traverse is.  I did a very similar loop a couple years ago though in the opposite direction.  I think the best way to describe it is like a beefed up version of the Iron-Baldy traverse.  Quite adventurous.

Yeah well your mentioning of it definitely made me more intrigued to do it. I haven't done the Iron-Baldy thing but I'll take your word for it.

How about Triplet Rocks this fall?

Noted.

Nice job on that! Wecome to the @#%@# club Smile
I did it about 4 years ago but doing it from west to east like Rick. What stood out most was how rotten that rock was and great views across Mill Creek.

Rotten rock?  Oh, joy.  Nice job, Zé.

This route is nice in the Spring when good firm snow makes climbing Little G easier.

We climbed Little G first via Camp creek and dropped our overnight gear and skis off at about a third of the way towards Galena and went on to climb it and returned to our gear to bivi/camp.

The next morning we waited for the sun to warm the top of the gully and then skied almost all the way down to Mill Creek.

The only tracks we saw belonged to four legged animals

circa 1990 ><

damn, sounds like quite the trip! you should try it again this winter.  Cool
Jim

Ze'

Camp Creek is dicey after winter storms due to avalanches.

I think some cabins at the canyon bottom were wiped out  by a big slide off of Camp Creek 15-20 years ago.

I prefer spring after the snow has consolidated.
