5 peaks out of IcehouseAnother late notice. I can never make up my mind until Friday anyway.
Starting at Icehouse tomorrow morning, 8/22, at 7:30am. Heading up to the saddle, then over to Bighorn and Ontario peaks. Back to the saddle and hitting the Three Ts (Timber, Thunder, and Telegraph). Decide at Baldy Notch weather to climb up the Backbone or descend to Manker Flats and walk back to Icehouse.
I'm doing Whitney on Tuesday so I'm hoping to keep this in the 15-20 mile range at a brisk, but not fast, pace. Not a super interesting hike, but I haven't done any of these peaks so I want to check them off the list. If anyone is interested in joining, I'll check this before I go to bed or just show up tomorrow.
