Does anyone have information about Slink's Point?

The sign appears to point to a spot south of Devils Peak.

Shall we ask the San Gabriel National Monument office or San Gabriel Mountains will be gone Forever?  Laughing

The picture on the web of Slink's Point is for elevation 5111, a huge turnout on ACH known as the name 'Windy Gap'. Is it a Caltrans sign? Maybe I should alert the authorities and see if they will go after the perpetrators like they did the city of Industry for moving dirt.

The sign is a short distance down-ridge from 5111. It doesn't appear to be a Caltrans sign. I could not find any "maker's mark."
