I am thinking about groveling up Ontario Peak via Sugarloaf Ridge on Saturday, November 7. I need to be down by 11:30 AM, which translates to a start time of about 6:00 AM. I'll keep a steady pace on the ascent and might jog down the trail.

Ok, it's official: I'm doing this on Saturday, November 7. I'll be in the Icehouse Canyon parking lot at around 6:00 AM. In case you want to join me, I'll look just like the guy in the picture on the left (without the Mont Blanc Massif in the background). If I hike faster than you, then I may leave you in the dust. If you hike faster than me, then I may insist on being short-roped all the way to the summit. Smile
